Every order is made by our trained floral design team and will be delivered by a member of our team or a trusted courier.

Delivery will be made on the date requested on your online order. In the event your delivery cannot be made on this date we will contact you. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered at a specific time on the date selected, however we always do our best to accomodate special requests.

Funeral flowers will be delivered at the specified date and time.

If no one is home your order will be left in a safe place and you will be notified by text that this has been done.

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties or exact colours. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to ensure the quality of your product. We will always make substitutions with premium fresh blooms.

If you are unhappy with your fresh flowers our policy is as follows:

• In the event that your flowers have been reasonably cared for (such as watered, trimmed and kept at a suitable temperature) we will happily provide a replacement
• We will provide a replacement if we are notified within 24 hours of the flowers being delivered or collected in store
• We ask that a photo be shown to our team in order to assist our team in improving our services
